Cant delete this toolbar. when trying to klick uninstal, nothing happens. |

 I didn't have that problem. It uninstalled like any other software.   |

When it works it is fine, but at times icons disappear from the bar, or stop functioning, even if they worked before, usually have to re-boot to get full function after it happens, can be irritating when trying to check mail or weather or other functions on the tool bar.
