Read reports that Comodo firewall was an excellent program and I can't cite anything to say it's not. What I can say is by downloading the free firewall you also receive without your permission something called Comodo Dragon and something else called Internet Security. Both of these are installed as 'launch on boot', again without notifying the user. Eventually as you cruise your operating apps & services you come across these two apps and get to scratch your head and try to remember when you loaded them. Free or not, when I bargain for a certain application capability by downloading it, I expect to get exactly what I was lead to believe I was getting. NOT added functions I did not request. Of course my time spent trying to determine first through the Comodo documentation and later at the web site provided zero useful information as to the purpose of these two 'extra' applications. This was a show stopper for me. So, I launched through Window's uninstall module the Comodo uninstall application which approximately 3/4's through displayed some error about couldn't find a file or had no access to same and rolled back the uninstall and aborted. Another nail in Comodo's life on my machines. Ended up using a Forced Uninstall to get rid of this POS. Suggestion: look elsewhere for your free firewall solution.

My Windows 7 box hung two times in an hour. Deinstalled.
