Reports too too many out of date drivers that are NOT out of date.
Many installations fail or continue to be reported as out of date.

Not only does it report drivers out of date that aren't, 
it will download an older version or less compatible version than is already installed, i had this happen when i searched for a better driver for my WRT54GS router. I also noticed that either Microsoft or most Firmware vendors will not allow you to update a driver directly from their websites without having to purchase a driver scanner for Windows 7, and try to download a "BIN" file and find a program to open/install it - unheard of
