I just upgraded to 9 from 8.5.5, and I'm getting a repeatable situation. When I paste in the key I get a favorable pop-up on the registering saying it will clear the next time I start up, but it doesn't. The next time, and the time after that, and so forth it keeps asking for the paste of the key.

Since I didn't get any farther than that, I'll ask a question I observed on 8.5 that may not exist in version 9, I don't know. The "StartUp" cleaner didn't seem to be clear on whether it was acting on the current user, the default user, or all users. It seems to me the sorting function addressed both the current and all users, but the cleanup was unclear on its scope.

I do have the same problem!
The new Advanced Uninstaller PRO - Version 9 does not accept the key from version 8.5.4 I purchased January 31st 2008.
Does that mean all customers who are in the same situation have to purchase another (new) registration key?

my problem is solved.

The supportfunction has send me the working key for Version 9.

This is a service, only a few companies provide!!!

Hello. I have bought the programme today, I had, however, to notice that it is only in English. However, this still worked in the version 8. Will there be a German version? Thank Svebu

You are in luck my friend! I even got a later version (8.5.5) and have to pay an upgrade fee.

Is it possible to get an upgrade price from version 8 to version 9?

In April 2007 I got an upgrade price vom Version 7 to 8 for 11,21 Euros instead of 32 Euros regular price.

I just downloaded & installed the trial version of Uninstaller Pro 9.4
I monitored an installation and then Displayed the Installation Report.

The Registry Report section does have entries.
However, in the Files and folders report section, it has
"The program performed no disk operations"

The install program did create new directories and install files.

How can I get the Install Monitor to report on Files & Folders?

I just upgraded to 9.6 and find that the control panel applet doesn't work as it fails to find several dll's starting with "This application failed to start because emdmgmt.dll was not found." And, there are several more dll's not found. It eventually starts but I'm not sure what's missing. I'm running Vista 64 bit with all the latest upgrades.

And, the new opening screen is really ugly! The orange and blue scheme is awful. Is there any way to go back to the old scheme? I've tried skins and they only change the subsequent screens.

Thomas is right, the new screen is ugly, ugly and there doesn't seem to be a way to change it. Themes only change the buttons, who cares?

Clean Start Menu deletes ALL TrendMicro links, including those on the desktop and in folders on the desktop.

Major bug: The 9.6 hype claims the Cleanup routine is much improved. However, it is broken, at least for Vista 64; just hangs and program must be terminated with task mgr. I've reported this to tech support but received no answer.

I have tried many Free programs and tried to remove and delete like Flight Sim X but I must admit, I have really found Advanced Uninstaller PRO a Top Notch Program and it is not only a Good and a Safe Uninstaller but also a very Good Utility Program and I WILL invest and Buy the Full Version after the Trial Period. Highly Rocommended and a Must Utility to have at home and office. Very User Friendly. Thank you. Themton Irani, Mississauga, Canada

had smarty uninstaller but this is so much better and has a lot more fuctions. 5 stars from me. so what if it looks ugly as long as it rocks and it does. martin ukjava script:emoticon(':D', 'smid_4')

I love this program. I got rid of alot of files and programs that had viruses on them and were missing files in order to uninstall them. This is one of the coolest programs I've ever used and I'll spread the word about it smile.gif

I cannot find a way to post a topic, but I have a question. I have bought Advanced Uninstaller Pro 3 times for 3 different computers, and I want to put it on my laptop now as well. Do you have to purchase the application for each indivudual computer? Or is there a way to retrieve your registration key from previous purchases to use again for another computer?

Also, if I have an older version of Advanced Uninstaller Pro that I paid for, can I update to the full version of version 9 for free or will it ask for me to pay for it again?

I just bought a new computer and the first program I installed was the Innovative SysPack. Then I tried to use the installation monitor to install the rest of my programs. The only problem is when it is doing the registry snapshot it has taken over 6 hours and the status bar is only maybe 15% complete. I am using an HP dv7-1247cl. It keeps counting down from 60:00 and once it gets dow to 00:00 it starts all over. Should I let it keep going or just try to redo it again.
